Throughout his career, he managed critical areas like finances, promotions, assignments, and life insurance, earning respect as a dedicated HR professional committed to helping veterans succeed by ensuring they understood their earned benefits.

After retiring, Eric continued his passion for service as a substitute teacher, mentoring high school students academically and in life. His dedication to personalized guidance led him to partner with VET Prep, where he helps veterans transition into corporate America. Driven by a deep understanding of the challenges faced during military transitions, Eric is committed to closing the gap for transitioning service members by creating tailored plans to empower them daily.
